Returns Policy


LifeStone Jewellery


As this jewellery is crafted with your loved one’s ashes it is strictly nonreturnable, unless faulty or it does not match your order. We photograph all these items prior to leaving us to ensure that we keep our quality 100% however they come complete with a one-year warranty should and faults arise after your item arrives. Sizing of rings is the customers responsibility, whilst we can provide a ring sizer to assist with this we cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies.

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Item


In the extremely rare instance that you have received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item please get in contact with us immediately via our whatsapp messenger 01952200125. We will be just as disappointed as you and we promise that we will do everything we can to put it right!


Engraved and Special-Order Items


Items that have been engraved or specially manufactured items (ie solid gold and platinum items) are not eligible for returns. Any engraving mishaps due to customer errors are not the responsibility of Angels Meadow so please do check your engraving thoroughly prior to submitting your order! We have a fast turnaround so if your order has been personalised prior to us seeing your email/message we cannot be responsible for this. The best and quickest way to get in touch is to call us!


Customer Damage


Angels Meadow does not accept, under any circumstances, returns that have been damaged by the customer. This includes signs of wear, scratches due to screws, filling or screwdriver slippage. All screws on our ash holding jewellery are loosened prior to dispatch and an appropriate screwdriver is included with all of our fine ashes jewellery pieces. Please do contact us in the first instance if you are having difficulties opening your item. Additionally, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that any damage during transit do not occur when returning an unwanted item by returning it in its original packaging.


Unwanted Items


As long as your items are not engraved, unworn and are in there original condition you can return for a refund. Please note, we carefully check all items for signs that they have been filled with ashes. We will NOT accept any returns of items containing ashes and they will be returned back to you at your own expense. When returning unwanted items you must ensure that you include your name and order number with your return. You can return unwanted items to the following address - Angels Meadow LTD Station Road Baschurch Shrewsbury SY4 2BB Please note - You will be responsilble for covering the return postal costs .


How Long Will It Take to Receive My Refund?


As soon as we have received your return, we will email to let you know, as long as it meets our above terms your refund will be processed and be credited back to your original payment method within 7 days. We will refund you via the original payment method minus a processing fee of £3.95. We offer free postage as standard so if you chose this option for delivery we need to deduct this from your refund amount to cover our costs.
